The goals of the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Office are to create a better work environment for employees and create an exceptional student experience through evidence-based decision-making and evaluation of process. On-campus partners can use the form below to request collaboration with the IE team.
- Once you click the link, you’ll be prompted by a pop-up window to enter your credentials - these are your network credentials (the credentials used for logging into a Coe computer or wifi).
- When you first log in, you will see “Institutional Effectiveness Help Desk Request Form” along the top of the page and will have the option to “Submit a ticket” in the top right corner.
- Once you click “Submit a ticket” you will see a short form with several questions regarding your ticket. Please include as much detail as possible in the description section of your ticket.
On future visits to the site, the main page will show any currently active tickets you have with IT, along with the option to view previously closed tickets.
